Empower individual tenants to pre-book their visitors using the cloud portal. Pre-booked visitors receive a branded welcome email with a unique QR for scanning upon arrival in reception. As soon as the check-in process is complete, the host will then receive an automated email notification. There is a CSV import function which enables the pre-booking of large groups. Simply complete the CSV template and upload to the admin portal.
