One Eaton Street is a multi-let property located in the centre of Richmond-upon-Thames and managed by property management company, Savills. The building achieved a BREEAM excellent rating and has recently installed Advertico's AVMS Visitor Management Solution to provide a more streamlined experience for their visitors and contractors.
Ksenija Sidhu, who heads the Front of House Concierge at the building recognised the need to deploy a digital solution that would be easy to use and help to reduce the long visitor queues they were experiencing. The existing paper book was out of date and took too much time to log each visitor. The queues would often cause frustration for those visiting and created a bad first impression. One of the main requirements was to integrate Advertico’s key log solution KeySol with the AVMS Visitor Management Solution, as the current paper key log was not GDPR compliant.
Ksenija was delighted with the all-in-one solution and said, "We have used Advertico Visitor Management Solution at One Eton Street for just under a year now. The system is user friendly and has everything in one place: visitors, contractors, keys and access card logs. All this information can be accessed through a secure online web portal at any time."
She further explained, "There are no more visitor sign in books and paper key logs which makes the front desk very tidy. Regular visitors and contractors can be pre-registered on the system and have individual QR codes which makes is easy for them to sign in and out on the daily basis simply by scanning onto the tablet. The Advertico support team is amazing. On top of everything else, the digital sign in system with a stand looks professional and smart. I would definitely recommend this system to other buildings."
